Lake Pupuke

Overlooking a central suburb lake in a busy area, this project was designed for a professional couple embarking on a subdivision to build two homes, one for themselves and one for resale. The brief called for a design that would appeal to a broad audience, offer strong street appeal, and make the most of the stunning lake views.
