The Takapuna Central interior design project by Shannon Pepper Design transformed a bustling suburban property into a serene, functional retreat for a busy family.

The scope included kitchen, bathrooms, laundry, exterior, and interiors. Nestled close to amenities yet set back for peace and quiet, the home was designed to balance modern luxury with practicality.

The result is a timeless, easy-care space featuring modern materials, seamless indoor-outdoor flow, breakout areas, and ample room for both relaxation and an active lifestyle.
